
Terms & Conditions – Mirimiri & Romiromi Services
By booking and receiving a Mirimiri or Romiromi session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Services
Mirimiri and Romiromi are traditional Māori healing practices intended to support overall wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit.
These services are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Practitioners do not prescribe medication, perform medical procedures, or guarantee specific results.
2. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing before, during, and after the session.
You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to your appointment.
3. Limitations of Liability
While every care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, we are not liable for:
Any dissatisfaction with the service.
Any adverse reactions during or after a session.
Any perceived lack of results, healing outcomes, or unmet expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the practitioner(s) from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to self or others.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals may shorten your session time without a reduction in fee.
6. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed.
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions, even if you are unhappy with the outcome, as results vary for each individual.
7. Agreement
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You accept that Mirimiri and Romiromi are holistic healing practices and that no guarantee of outcome is provided.
You release the practitioner(s) from liability in accordance with these terms.
